Shuopu now has an area of more than 7000 m2, with perfect infrastructure, including workshop, Storehouse, office building,etc. We put even more capital into equipments. Now, we have a salt-mist corrosion tester, motor test line and a machining workshop equipped with sophisticated tools. There are 8 CNC machines and more than 20 sets of linear cutting machine, welding unit, forge press, etc. in the machining workshop. In addition to meeting the machining requirement of our company's parts, the workshop still have the capability of processing aluminum, titanium and carbon fiber parts for any other clients. Shuopu has set up a complete motorbike production system, with a production capacity of more than 20 thousand per year in pitbike production and other types of motorbike as well. The company still put 20% of its annual revenue into construction. Recently, our new Frame Factory is set up,which is the most advanced one in China.2200 m2 more constructions and sophisticated equipments ,such as laser cutting machine,numeral controlled pipe bender, T4\T6 heat treatment furnace,etc.are added. So,with the perfection of producing system, our producing power will continually strengthen.
